Description: The original Tiefling empire of the continent of Mortoros. It is thought to have been driven into extinction after a long war with the Nezahualpili and Yaunti Malison. Refugees from this war took to the seas. A few of these, led by a Tiefling named Bael, found the continent of Orterre and established a city that would grow to become Harat Bael.
